  1. Question: What is Gobbler?
    Answer: It’s a friendly ‘lil monster that loves to gobble up additional costs so you save more. Don’t worry, our best friend doesn’t bite.

  2. Question: The item I want is out of stock. I’m so disappointed.
    Answer: Don’t be! We’re sorry that certain things vanish faster than others and we wish things like that wouldn’t happen. But if you really love the product, drop us an email here and we’ll let you know the next time the product you want to see gets re-stocked.

  3. Question: How do I subscribe to/unsubscribe from your mailing list?
    Answer: In the “My Account” page, you can edit your settings for the mailing list.

  4. Question: Can I call GobblerShop any time?
    Answer: As much as we’d like to be on 24 hours, we can’t. Our hotlines are open from 8am to 5.30pm only!

  5. Question: There are some comments I’d like to make about shopping on GobblerShop. Where can I go?

Account Information
  1. Question: Can anybody register with www.Gobblershop.com?
    Answer: Not just anybody. We’re partnering with only specific companies to have our Online Flash Sales with. Want to shop with Gobbler but your company is not registered with us? You can always give us a call or drop us an email to see if GobblerShop can work with your company to bring welfare and savings to your colleagues/employees.

  2. Question: My email address has changed. What do I do?
    Answer: We know it’s tedious but you’ve got to re-register on GobblerShop.com with your new email account given by your company.

  3. Question: How do I register/create an account with GobblerShop.com?
    Answer: You can register by clicking on the “Register” button. Fill in your details in the “ Create your account page and after you’re done, click “register” and you’re good to go!

  4. Question: I forgot my password. What now?
    Answer: This happens a lot! Go to the Log in page, click on the “Forgot Password” link. Next, type in your email address and click “submit” and you’ll receive an email to reset your password.

Payment
  1. Question: What forms of payment do you accept?
    Answer: We accept payment via PayPal accounts and Credit/Debit Cards only.

  2. Question: How do I redeem items with the GobblerShop Coupons that I have?
    Answer: During checkout, there’s a field for you to fill in your coupon code. The system will automatically calculate the discounted cost for you, before payment!

  3. Question: Does GobblerShop store my Credit/Debit Card details?
    Answer: We don’t. GobblerShop does not store and retain customer’s payment card data.

Orders
  1. Question: How do I know if my order is confirmed?
    Answer: Once payment is made, you’ll receive an email confirmation. That will be your ticket on Fulfillment Day!

Return and Exchange
  1. Question: My item isn’t quite right. What should I do now?
    Answer: Making sure your needs are taken care of is our priority. Drop us a call or email us at [email protected], and we'd gladly exchange it for you. Don't worry, you won't have to fill out lengthy papers or go through long procedures.

Delivery (Fulfillment)
  1. Question: Do I need to pay for delivery?
    Answer: You’ll be happy to hear that delivery’s free-of-charge and your order will also be personally delivered straight to your office!

  2. Question: Can GobblerShop deliver the products to my house?
    Answer: No, we don’t have that service yet! Maybe after we’re promised some cookies and a sleigh first! We’ll go sliding down your garbage chute.

  3. Question: What if I’m not able to come collect my order on Fulfillment Day?
    Answer: No problemo! You can ask your colleagues or friends to collect on your behalf.
